Poor Oral Hygiene More Often Causes Gum Infection
What causes advance gum disease or gum infection is poor oral hygiene.Gums and teeth are needed to be kept clean for if not bacteria may build up and will form into plaque producing acids that will cause inflammation and infection. Gum disease or gum infection is a silent but life-threatening disease as it may cause massive oral health destruction and even certain medical conditions. Gum infection can start with simple gum inflammation or gingivitis and it can progress to irreversible periodontitis or advance. Gum disease and infection may cause by several factors but more often poor oral hygiene is the major culprit. Costly periodontal treatments may be avoided when advance gum disease and gum infections are prevented through good oral hygiene. Brushing and flossing won't take too much of your time and to be prevented from threatening oral diseases.
